Management Structure and how the club communicates with its members (3) Any matters which are reported by a member directly to the secretary which would normally be dealt with by an ancillary support member or support team or captain will be redirected accordingly. If approval is required from the Management Committee this will be sought via the Club Secretary. The ancillary support member or support team or captain will notify the member of any action taken.  Members have the option of raising matters with the Management Committee but these will need to be sent via  the Club Secretary. Members also have the option of raising matters directly with a Management Committee member. Information for members The Management Committee will publicise information via the News Bulletin, Website or directly via the Club Secretary. Please note the content of the club's website and the information contained in the News Bulletin is approved and authorised by the Management Committee.
