Management Structure and how the club communicates with its members (2) Ladies and Gents Section Committees The section committees are convened by the section captain. These committees deal with the arrangements for matches and competitions. Such matters are usually referred to as Bowling Matters. Both sections work together, via the captains and vice captains for the arrangement of mixed events. Ancillary support and Support Teams Individual members responsible for ancillary support will have their own remit. The remit of the each Support Team is described in a document which is available on the website. Each support team is given a budget with spend limits set by the Management Committee. The 'Who's Who', which is also available on the website, gives contact details for the ancillary support members and the coordinators of the support teams. Problems and suggestions Members are asked to address any problems or suggestions directly to the appropriate ancillary support member or support team. In the case of Bowling Matters members are asked to address problems or suggestions directly to their club captain (Ladies Captain/Gents Captain). Next Page
