Visitors Book
It is imperative that all visitors whether it is for a trial, to play or just visiting, sign the
Visitors’ Book countersigned by the responsible member. This is essential for insurance
cover and licencing.
Should an accident occur, either on or off the green, it must be recorded in the
Accident Book in the lobby.
First Aid boxes are kept in the Lobby and in the kitchen.
You will find more detailed information relating to other topics by clicking on the
Administration, Bowling and Fixture Card buttons.
If you have any queries please ask one of the Captains or any Committee member for
help or advice. We hope you will feel very welcome among us, and we wish you many
years of enjoyable and successful bowling.
Please offer your assistance with tasks in which you could help other club members.
In order to keep costs to a minimum Maiden Erlegh Bowling Club relies on its members
to help with day-to-day tasks to effect the smooth running of the club.
All members are expected to help occasionally with after match refreshments through
the season as deemed necessary by the Catering Officer but in addition it would be very
much appreciated if members would volunteer to assist with other tasks.
Please contact the appropriate Section Leader to help with: Administration,
Greenkeeping, Maintenance of premises and Equipment; Gardening, Bar keeping,
Window cleaning, Sales table, Raffles and Social Functions.
Officers and team members will be grateful of any help, no matter how small the task.
